2024 Form 8937 is now available. Per share dividend and nondividend distribution amounts as reported herein will also be reported on Forms 1099-DIV to be issued by January 31, 2025, and are based on 2024 earnings and profits as currently determined. Subsequent revisions to these calculations, should any be made, could necessitate the filing of amended Forms 8937 and 1099-DIV.
